CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

We are looking for talented, hardworking individuals with leadership, and initiative to drive awareness for the fast growing market of the contact center software. The Key Account Executive role focuses on cloud and on premise contact center solutions for enterprises which are looking for rapid ROI and higher customer satisfaction. The Key Account executive drives revenue growth by developing new customers in the enterprise space. They will work in partnership with the existing account executives, and will carry quota according to their territories.

Effective sales acumen and business knowledge is key for selling to the defined industry vertical markets. This is accomplished by participating and leading client and prospect meetings, as well as participating in forecast calls and account planning sessions. Enterprise account executives are also responsible for accurate forecasting as well as referenceable customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop successful partner ecosystem
  • Develop partner opportunity pipeline
  • Establish marketing activities and sales target to build leads from prospecting efforts
  • Refine partner sales messaging through regular training and certification appraisal
  • Establish quarterly business review
  • Help to negotiate and close business with the partner
  • Overachieve on annual sales quota targets with quarterly accountability
  • Work with product management to share customer & partner feedback on key functionality and benefits

Skills & competencies & profile

  • 10years+ in the in selling software
  • Strong track record of sales success selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Executive maturity with CxOs
  • Consistent over-achievement against quota.
  • Domain expertise within customer service contact centre or customer experience management arena, specifically with business application software sales experience derived from the customer service management market.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Passion for challenge and innovation

CHANNEL PRE-SALES MANAGER

We are looking for talented, hardworking individual with leadership, and initiative to drive awareness for the fast growing market of the contact center software. The Key Account Executive role focuses on cloud and on premise contact center solutions for enterprises which are looking for rapid ROI and higher customer satisfaction. The Key Account executive within an assigned region, drives revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the enterprise space. They will work in partnership with the existing account executives, and will carry quota according to their territories.

This is accomplished by participating and leading client and prospect meetings, as well as participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions. Enterprise account executives are also responsible for accurate forecasting as well as referenceable customers.

Sie haben die Möglichkeit in unseren spannenden Projekten mitzuarbeiten und Ihr bereits theoretisch erworbenes Wissen durch praktische Erfahrungen zu komplettieren.

Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit wirken Sie in unserem Entwickler-Team bei der Entwicklung von Multi Channel Lösungen.

Sie sind immatrikuliert und studieren Wirtschaftsinformatik

Des Weiteren beherrschen Sie die Standardfunktionen von MS Excel, MS Word und MS PowerPoint. Dar√ľber hinaus bringen Sie Interesse an digitalen Medien mit.

Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität aus.

Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.

Die Dauer des Praktikums ist in der Regel auf maximal 6 Monate begrenzt.
